We change tyres in cars and delivery trucks with steel and aluminium rims. Tyres can be filled with air or nitrogen (if requested by the customer)
Tyres need to be balanced when changed (new or re-installed), flat, changed sides/axes and every 10.000km.
Balancing is vital for vibrations to cease (effects of imbalanced mass in motion).

Imbalanced wheels result in shocks that can be felt when driving on smooth surfaces. They cause wearing of suspension and steering system elements and lower driving comfort. Unbalanced front wheels lead to shocks of stub axle clearly felt at the steering wheel, while unbalanced back wheels result in noises combined with oscillation of the entire body. Such oscillation are harmful to all elements of the steering system and decrease its durability. Moreover, they are highly disadvantageous regarding driving comfort and are noticed by passengers and the driver which in turn leads to increased tiredness and reduces safety.
Imbalanced wheel limits wheels grip and effectiveness of braking, steering and stability of moving.
In order to eliminate such effects all moving parts (tyres, rims, steering discs, hubs, drums and braking disks) must be carefully balanced as each of them has direct influence on stability of the driving system. Depending on the place and size each imbalance sums or cancels each other out. Therefore, imbalance can be limited or removed by moving the tyre on the disc in encircling fashion.
Imbalance in cars can be removed by adding material where it is lacked - providing additional mass to the lightest fragments on the inside and outside of the rims.
Weight is mounted on the rim using special spring fastening or glued to the inside surface of the wheel edge.
